The Bradlans Trust Report of the Trustees For the Year Ended 31A Marth 2024 The Trustees present thelr report and flnandal statement for the year ended 31Jt March 2024. The organisation Is an unincorporated charity estsblished by a Trust Deed dated 16th May 1980 and amended by a Deed dated 31 December 2016 and both re8i5tered with the Charity Commission. Trustees Under the terms of the Trust Deeds there must be at least three and not more than ten Trustees. The appointment of new Trustees is vested in the exlstin8 Trustees. All the existing Trustees are familiar with the Charivs work having served for some time. New Trustee5 are educated in the Charit5 workin8s and their responsibilities by the existin8 Trustees. Investment Under the term5 of the Trust Deed, the Trustees have the power to make any investment they see frt. Mana ement The Trustees are directty involved in all management aspects of the organi5ation. Risk Mana ement The Trustees have condurted a review of the major risks to which the Charity 15 exposed. A risk re8iSter has been estsblished and wlll be updated annually. Law applicable to charities in Eft8land and Wales require the Trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affair5 of the charity and of the incoming resources of the charity for that year. Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent. The Trustees are also responsible for keeping proper account records which disclose with feasonable accuracy at any time the financlal positlon of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charsties Act 2011 and the Charity (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2(X)8 and the provisions of the Trust Deed.
