The aims of the group are to serve the local community families with a fun safe educational pre school for children below the compulsory school age. Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document Fundraising eventshas included a Christmas raffle, summer party and raffle car boot sale. We used these funds to purchase and renew our nursery toys and teaching resources and new furniture. This benefits the development in young children in the community. We also offer support and advice to families on a number of topics, Speech and Language, toilet training, behaviour and development, healthy eating and school readiness. Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)

The charity continues to support itself in a non profit making ways and the trustees to raise funds for new outdoor shelter and nursery furniture and new teaching resources and garden resources on a regular basis.
We are open 38 weeks a year and over 28 hours a week providing flexible and reasonable priced childcare to the local families.

Summary of the main The pre school has continued to offer a safe educational environment achievements of the charity For children aged 2 years to 4 years old in the local community. during the year The pre school children make good progress and in the most move on to school being school ready.
The pre school is committed to having high ratios of staff to children and employing staff that are well qualified and a early years teacher is place as the manager of the setting. The trustees have continued to fundraise to support additional staff training and resources for the children a selection of smaller teaching items were purchased this year and we are saving towards new nursery furniture and a garden shelter.
We have put plans in place to future proof the pre school and to maintain levels of income to enable to charity to sustain in the long run we use a forecast spreadsheet and where possible make as many savings as we can to continue to sustain.
We offer an early opening service to support working families.
Section E Financial review We do not have a formal policy on reserves but we continue to keep a Brief statement of the minimum of £40,000 in a deposit account in case of any major disasters charity’s policy on reserves or emergencies. Any monies would be used to benefit the school.
