CHOC manages and maintains Clare Town Hall and Clare Old School Community Centre for the benefit of the parishioners of Clare and the immediately surrounding communities. The rooms and halls are available for hire for social, educational, recreational, leisure and other community activities without distinction of age, gender, social, racial, religious or political differences.
Objects: The Provision And Maintainance Of A Village Hall For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of Clare And The Neighbourhood Thereof Without Distinction Of Political Religious Or Other Opinions Including Use For Meetings Lectures And Classes And For Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.
