The aim of the Centre is to support co]Jmunity activiti¢s and advance edllcatio tn meeting tbese aims. it strive5 to Ensure it5 frdcilities are fiLlly utilised by a yIety of wups of both children and adults. Us¢ of the Centre has continued to increase both in termy of thiTd-paty uscrs and Dew initiatives developed by the COnu]ty Engagernent Manager. It remains available for by a variety of orgallisalions and groups from the l¢)cai community in Canjberwell. Financial review Voluntary iucome from individuaEs remained static at around £4.700 but we reiVed a graDt of £15,000 from Sports England to promote fitness w¢llbEiAg in the Centre and additional grants of £l.000 each. Activity at the C¢Dtre has increased significantly, with an associated incre&se both inknome and expendiDJre. This year was the ftrst fvll year of emplo)ffnenl of a Premises Manager. which costs will be to impact next fancial year. In the coming year, some expendkDJre of reserves may be requir to develop plans for refurbishment and potelltial extensioll of the Centre.
