The Coastguard Association

Registered Charity No 279359

Trustees Report for 2019 to 2020

We have had several donations through the year from all over the country which is slightly lower than last year, but we are still actively trying to raise our profile.

We have assisted 11 people who have fallen upon hard times to a value of £16,450.00, and given Christmas gifts to several retired elderly Coastguards.

We are still actively trying to raise the profile of the Charity within the M.C.A, to encourage more supporters within the service, and to help them realize that we are their own Charity, and encourage Coastguards on the Coast to set up their own Branches.

.

Our Charity is well supported Country wide with a dedicated committee running it, and we seem to be making very steady progress.

Our A.G.M. is held at the end of March each year at a different venue around the Country, and in 2021 it will be held at Axe & Cleaver, North Somercotes on 27[th] March
