The charity has a policy on reseNes. to keep at léast 3 months expenditure in the unrestricted reserve. This amount more than fvlfils the obl¥g*ion. The core fundin8 from Bexley is in the tast year into a fiVyearfundlng agreement. The levels of reserves are monitored by the adminÈ5trator any significant chaTr8es in staff numbers Of htyjrs are reported to the trustees annually.
