The Objects Of The Trust Are As Follows: To Apply Any Monies Which May Hereafter Be Received On Trust For The Purpose Of Establishing And Maintaining In Perpetuity In Accordance With These Presents And Subject To The Powers And Provisions Hereinafter Contained But Not Necessarily For The Benefit Of Persons From The Classes Set Out In Clause 3: Scholarships, Awards, Prizes, Grants For The Advancement Of Education Generally And In Particular In The Subjects Of Good Seamanship, Boatbuilding And Safe Navigation Including But Not By Way Of Limitation, Grants To Assist Persons Who, In The Opinion Of The Trustees Are Suitable To Take Educational Training Courses Of An Outward Bound Nature Or In Training Ships Or In Equipping Themselves For A Career At Sea Or In The Sovereign?s Armed Forces Or Upon Voyages Of An Adventurous Nature.
