SIGTA'S most recent Ofsted inspection. eonduct¢4J in July 2025, was judged to be Good acTOSS all areas, with 'Ou15tanding' in Behaviour5 and Attitudes. Employer demand for apprentices continued, and SIGTA successfvlly recruited 26 individyals into apprenticeship employment during thc ycar. However, the Ix>lltinued financial inipaet of reduced apprenticeship recniitment duriiig the COVID p¢riod, co2nbined wEth the chall¢ng¢ of r¢tuming leamer numbers to pr¢-pand¢miG levels resulted in anothtr trading Ios5 for the year.
