Chxrilable Activities
During the year Ended August 2025, SIGTA conÉiiiu¢d lu deliver high-quality apprenticeship trainijig pro8￿Mme5 and
short courscs. Tho%e 5eTvice5 were w¢ll irceived by t￿lp[￿yerS lind leainers. K&%ulting in leaillers developin8 n¢w ski114
knowledge and behaviollr5. In maTry cases, this will sUPPOrt employability and future carcer progression and was
recognised by the achievernent of T¢cogni5ed qualificalions.
SIGTA'S most recent Ofsted inspection. eonduct¢4J in July 2025, was judged to be Good acTOSS all areas, with
'Ou15tanding' in Behaviour5 and Attitudes.
Employer demand for apprentices continued, and SIGTA successfvlly recruited 26 individyals into apprenticeship
employment during thc ycar.
However, the Ix>lltinued financial inipaet of reduced apprenticeship recniitment duriiig the COVID p¢riod, co2nbined
wEth the chall¢ng¢ of r¢tuming leamer numbers to pr¢-pand¢miG levels resulted in anothtr trading Ios5 for the year. Year
on year. the loss h8s bten reduced. Despite this. all areas of the organisation remained operational, and the Board
I'emains confident that activity will return to pre-pa￿deMiC Itvels as growth ¢Dntinues.
