The actual balance shown on the bank statement on 5 April 2025 was £16,281.65 exceeding this figure by £630.02. There were outstanding two unbanked cheques for £250. and £400 and one unpaid cheque carried forward from 2023-24 for £20 which was paid.
Liabilities
The Trust has a liability of a further £10.000 remaining of an interest free load used to purchase 159 Bury New Rd in July 2017 for circa £70,000 as well as an outstanding house insurance premium.
Assets
It has assets of two Houses in the Manchester area whose estimated valuations, provided by the managing agents, are each approximately £140.000.

Responsibilities and basis of report
The report is addressed to the charity's trustees regarding the examination of the accounts for a specified year. The trustees are responsible for preparing the accounts according to the Charities Act 2011. The examination is conducted under section 145 of the Act, following applicable directions from the Charity Commission.
Independent examiner's statement
The examiner confirms the completion of the examination and states that no material issues were found (unless noted). In all material respects, the accounting records were properly kept, the accounts matched the records, and the accounts complied with the relevant regulations. The examiner has no other concerns to highlight for a proper understanding of the accounts.
The examiner is a Trustee of a grant making foundation charity and has over fifteen year of experience of assessing charity accounts.
