The actual balance shown on the bank statement on 5 April 2025 was £16,281.65 exceeding this figure by £630.02.  There were outstanding two unbanked cheques for £250. and £400 and one unpaid cheque carried forward from 2023-24 for £20 which was paid. 



## **Liabilities** 

The Trust has a liability of a further £10.000 remaining of an interest free load used to purchase 159 Bury New Rd in July 2017 for circa £70,000 as well as an outstanding house insurance premium. 

## **Assets** 

It has assets of two Houses in the Manchester area whose estimated valuations, provided by the managing agents, are each approximately £140.000.
