In furtherance of these aims. the Society rehearses from September io July and usually stages 4 or 5 concens each se&8on for which it engages professional soloists and orch¢stral playe. M¢mbets of the So¢i¢ty psy an annual subscription fixed at the Annual Genernl Meding and social events are held during the year foT Members and friends to help raise some additional lund5. Haythi's Cr]0 in M4y w•s excitsng as was the Rossini in July. even though two soloists down with Covid at tk1&5t inute (though ticket sales continued to disapwifttin81. I must extend hug¢ thanks to Tim arKI Steven for their extrtise and skills that are so crucial to th¢ ¢hoir. Thank5 a]so to a]1 the commite and volunteers who contribute so much in so many way5. many lo 5ingl¢ out individually.
