Objects: To Relieve Aged And Infirm Persons In Necessitous Circumstances In The District Of Dacorum In The County Of Hertfordshire By Providing In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life, A Day Centre With Facilities For Maintaining And Improving The Health Of Such Persons And Facilities For Maintaining And Improving The Health Of Such Persons And Facilities For Their Recreation Or Leisure Time Occupation.
