2 Report from the Year

Swimming Pool has had a very good year with membership selling out in one day

Camerons rent was increased to £475 per month

Works were undertaken in attic space to remove a large deposit of nesting matter and missing tiles were replaced.

Schedule of works for maintenance for 2026 will be compiled

Playground inspections being carried out by Adrian Jefferies every 2 weeks.

Platinum Garden refurbishment was completed

During the year we undertook renewing the rent and lease for the village shop. This will be finalised in 2026

3 Annual Accounts

Annual accounts have been audited by Mary Bohm and will be submitted to Charity Commission.

Balance at end of March 2025 was £47,632 with £9233 in reserve. We need to accumulate enough reserves in case we have a major structural problem eg roof.

HMRC have asked for a Corporation Tax return – Clerk will employ an accountant to undertake this
