REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENfs, ACTivrriES AND ACHIEVEMENTS Thc Charitable Trust was most grateful to rec¢iv¢ continued support from The Guild of the Nineteen Lubri¢0tors and it5 niembers. The Trustees hav¢ maintaifted a programme of support for a wide raiige of ¢l)aritie5 and charitable Causes. The Tru¢¢5 make jdgementS on the bcst infonnation available to them and have paid regard to th¢ published Charity Commission Guidan¢¢ on the operntion of the Public Benefii requir¢m¢nts of the Charitses Tl)ey also have particular regard to causes wilh w'hich individual Guild members are working and involved. EMPLOYEES AND TRUSTEES The Charity has no paid employees. None of the Trustee$ received any remunerntion fortheirservices. RISK MANAGEMEiYr The Trustees gUlarlY review the major 0rational and business risks faced by the Charity and are currently satisfied that such risks have been adequately addressed. The Charity can meet all its Current financial and legal commitments and has no long tenn exposures in the ar¢&8.
