TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILTIES
Charities Law requTres the Trustees to prepare financial stsiements for each financial year which give a true and
fair view of the state of atlairs of the Charity and of its income and expenditure for the period. In preparing those
financial statement& the Trusttts are required to..

The Charity was set up to SLlPPOrt k)eiieral charitable work. Monies are received as charitable donations from
individuals, Th¢ Guild of il)e Niiieteen Lubricators aT)d its members.
REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENfs, ACTivrriES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Thc Charitable Trust was most grateful to rec¢iv¢ continued support from The Guild of the Nineteen
Lubri¢0tors and it5 niembers.
The Trustees hav¢ maintaifted a programme of support for a wide raiige of ¢l)aritie5 and charitable Causes.
The Tru￿¢¢5 make j￿dgementS on the bcst infonnation available to them and have paid regard to th¢
published Charity Commission Guidan¢¢ on the operntion of the Public Benefii requir¢m¢nts of the Charitses
Tl)ey also have particular regard to causes wilh w'hich individual Guild members are working and involved.

ACCOUNTING POLICIES
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP {FRS102)
appli¢able lo charities preparing their accounts in a¢cordance with Financial Reporting Standards
applicable in th¢ UK and Republic of Ireland and the Charities Act 2011. The principal a¢counting
policies adopted are:

Assets donated on condition that the fvnd be held pennanently by the Charity. although the constituent
&ssets may change, are held in a pemianent endowment fund.
Tr8nsaetion8 And other events which afftct the amount of ￿Mianent endowment funds are taken
directly to the balance sheet and do not go to the statement of financial a¢livities. The movements on
these flmds are disclosed in the notes to the financial Statements.
DONATIONS AND GIFTS
The sources of donations and gitis wer¢ from th¢ Guild of the Nineteen Lubricators.
EMPLOYEES AND TRUSTEES
The Charity has no paid employees. None of the Trustee$ received any remunerntion fortheirservices.
RISK MANAGEMEiYr
The Trustees ￿gUlarlY review the major 0￿rational and business risks faced by the Charity and are
currently satisfied that such risks have been adequately addressed. The Charity can meet all its Current
financial and legal commitments and has no long tenn exposures in th￿e ar¢&8.
