Hanover Community Association works in the area bordered by the local authority Ward of Hanover & Elm Grove (and Stanley Street, Windmill Street and part of Richmond Street). We manage the Hanover Community Centre as a venue for classes, meetings and events that help sustain Hanover as a vibrant community. We attend the Communities Forum and host community events.

Objects: (a) To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Hanover Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political,religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities,voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants. (b) To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre.
