**Objects:** (A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF HANOVER WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL,RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES,VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (B) TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE.

**Activities:** Hanover Community Association works in the area bordered by the local authority Ward of Hanover & Elm Grove (and Stanley Street, Windmill Street and part of Richmond Street). We manage the Hanover Community Centre as a venue for classes, meetings and events that help sustain Hanover as a vibrant community. We attend the Communities Forum and host community events.
