The objects of the Association are to advance the education of pupils attenth'ng St Clement Danes School, by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for edu¢ats'on at the s¢hool not nornially proNided by the local auihorily The policy of Ihe Asso¢iation ¢ontinues io be io raise funds and invite and receive contiibutions to be applied for the bcnef)l of the s¢h(M)l and ils pupils. Th¢ A&8ociation is rnn by volunteers and has no employees. Surplus fiinds are distributed lo the schcol to meet expenth.re requirements that have been identsfied with the guidance and a¥rc¢ment of the Headlearher and senior leaching staff and which have been authorised by the Association's Commill¢e. ST CLEMENT DANES PARENTS ASSOCIATION Objectives and activities The Trustees have paid due regard to guidance issued by the Charlty Commission in deciding whal activities th¢ Association should w)dertak¢. The Association Subribes to memtKrship of thc National CoJkfcd¢ratioll of Parent Teacher Association5. at a Cost per annum of 2024 £153 (2023 £120), which amongst other services provides Trustee in5uraDee. It is the policy of the Association to retain fi]nds lo meet wsts of future projecls for the benefit of the school and its pupils as they arll. As at the 31 July 2024 the reserves were £2.1.569 (2023 £29.699). wIng ihe year to 31 July 2024 the TNstees agreed io actively reduce the level of reserves held for the future. in faviw of increasing the ASSlatIonS CUTTenl suptrf)rt for th¢ hool. The Ttustees are pleased to report t1 as a result there has been a material increase in grants made for the s¢cond year in su¢cession.
