Fundralsln Katie Goff Thank you Mr Chaimian and Good Evening all. A lot of the fundraising events falls under a lot of the other committee roles tonight and I'm sure will be widety covered so I will try not to overlap and repeat too much vthere l G9n. To start off, just want to say.. what a great year we have hadl We first kicked off our year with fireworks night. This event hugely exceeded expectations with the tumout.. we sure give Maldon prom a good Tun for their money year on. It won't be long before we do this all over again next month - what feels a little dejevu upon reflection. In November we set up a fundraising page on Facebook for the Movember challenge. Certainly some interesting looks seen around the club. Albeit a short

Maklon Young Farrnersclub C￿lTpersOn Secretsry Jack 6urrough5 Katie Goff Chairperson Evan Merrick-Pell Treasurer Tom Driver period of time and small target, we managed to raise a total of £260 for ¢harity. Following was our annual Christmas quiz. A great tum out for this one from both the club, subscribers and general public. Despite the rising costs of village halls and so forth and not raising our entry ￿Sts. we still managed to break even and make a small profit towards our charity. Christmas trees quickly followed from our Quiz. This is always one of Maldon's biggest fundraising events every year generating a big portion of our overall totals for charity. As expected this exceeded expectations and again, much like the fireworks night, was great to seejust how much the general public support our club and the high numbers of retained customers from previous years. Jumping into the new year, we had a day shoot. Very well done to all those who helped out with this event, this is again one of our top fundraising events for Maldon and could not be run without all of you. Unfortunately we were unable to organise a group entry for the Maldon mud race this year due to the overlap with our 80th ball. I'm sure you can all agree Ihal this was worthwhile sacrifice. not sure that the sore heads would have copedl Nevertheless, hopefully this is something the club can look in to organising for the next year. Apart from that, not much else to report! I have really enjoyed the last year and look forward to what the next has in store. Many thanks!
