Financial Review WHS has had a successful financial year and has adequate reserves. Ils resources have been boosted by a substantial legacy from a former member. The charity's Trustees consider thal an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 201 I (the 2011 Act) and that an indendent examination is needed.
