Respective responstbilities of Iru$tees and examiner The charity's Tn￿teeS are responsible for the prepardtion of the accounts. The charity's Trustees consider thal an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 201 I (the 2011 Act) and that an inde￿ndent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to.. examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 A¢t' to follow the pr￿edureS laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5Xb) of the 201 l Act, and to stste wheih¢r tHrticular malleis have com¢ lo my attention. Basis of independent examiner's report My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Chariiy Commission. An examination includes 8 review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of ihe a￿Ounts presented with those re¢oids. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in th¢ accounts, and seeking explanations from you as Irusle¢s conc¢ming any such matters.
