Activities

The provision of a venue, available at a low cost to all members of the community. The centre encourages activities that promote health and wellbeing and to provide facilities for the fitness of various age groups and for the disabled. It also provides facilities for amateur sport. The hall also provides a base for other charities to use for their fundraising and hire for family occasions.

Objects: (A) To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Northam And The Neighbourhood Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants. (B) To Establish Or To Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre.
