the repertoire continues to expand.
5. Due to economic climate, the
Trustees d d i not increase the hire
fees for 2020. rP emium rate for
Saturday night has remained at £20
per hour, however the deposit was
raised to £150 00. due to damages
caused rp eviously.
6. Alcohol is allowed to be b rought
onto the p remises by the hirer at a
corkage fee of £25 00. .

separate account for maintenance
of the Village Hall complex and
replacement of worn out o r
damaged equipment.

Further fnancial review of details Our main source of income is
derived rf om hire charges in letting
the halls to regular users, p rivate
individuals and companies.
Fundraising events a re also carried
out.
Future plans 1. A full business plan was written in
2019 and a wide range of objectives
set
for a period of 10 years, These
objectives and outcomes a re
reviewed regularly by the Big
Lottery Fund and rT ustees to ensure
the facilities a re being marketed and
used to their full capacity by the
local and wider communities.
2. To further expand the type of
facilities being ofered to
customers/hirers.
3. A survey for all users will be
circulated to assist in p roducing
further objectives for the New
Business Plan.
4. Updated website to enable the
Trustees to e dit.
