A full monthly schedule of events<br>is published on notice boards in the<br>village, in Village News monthly<br>magazine, local p ress and the<br>Charity’s own website.  dA iverse<br>programme of events is available to<br>cater for all ages and abilities and<br>the repertoire continues to expand.<br>5. Due to economic climate, the<br>Trustees d d i not increase the hire<br>fees for 2020. rP emium rate for<br>Saturday night has remained at £20<br>per hour, however the deposit was<br>raised to £150 00.  due to damages<br>caused rp eviously.<br>6. Further fnancial review of details Our main source of income is<br>derived rf om hire charges in letting<br>the halls to regular users, p rivate<br>individuals and companies.<br>Fundraising events a re also carried<br>out.<br>Future plans 1.  A full business plan was written in<br>2019 and  a wide range of objectives<br>set<br>for  a period of 10 years, These<br>objectives and outcomes a re<br>reviewed regularly by the Big<br>Lottery Fund and rT ustees to ensure<br>the facilities a re being marketed and<br>used to their full capacity by the<br>local and wider communities.<br>2. To further expand the type of<br>facilities being ofered to<br>customers/hirers.<br>3.  A survey for all users will be<br>circulated to assist in p roducing<br>further objectives for the New<br>Business Plan.<br>4. Updated website to enable the<br>Trustees to e dit.<br>Assets held by the Custodian Land at the Village Hall, Station<br>Trustees.
