However, Society was able to hold 3 general meetings, 11 section meetings and the Reco Conference. Our AGM due to be held on 28th March was postponed and was he guidance from the Charity Commission, with a very limited number of people o We sent out the notice of AGM with the annual accounts as usual and invited co from the membership. The membership was kept abreast of developments by e sent out by email to those members we hold email addresses and the August B half-yearly newsletter, delivered to all our members. Unfortunately we are unab about a third of our members without emails. As soon as we are able, we will re our usual programme of activities.

We have taken on the responsibility for recording all appropriate records on the database for the Isle of Wight Council. The overall aim is to provide a central po contact for any information required to further scientific study.

A visual records section has been set up so that digital photographs of natural archaeology and geology of the Isle of Wight may be recorded with the provena stored for future reference.

We have a wide range of natural history, history, geological and archaeological we encourage our members to borrow.
