Achievements and Performance Summary of the main achievements of the Charity during the year. After an inspection of the Farm property in September 2023, the report highlighted that the farmhouse roof was in a da ngerous cond ition, it stated that tiles could fal l a nd a Health and Safety issue for the tenant and his young family was identified. The trustees decided that the roof would be refurbished and a contractor found to carry out the work. This work was undertaken and funds were transferred from the COIF Investment Fund. Durlng this time donation5/grants were suspended to the church and other clubs/organisations as the cost of the repairs did not allow this to happen. The work was completed in the October.
