the property, 7/12 of the remaining income should
be allocated for the upkeep and repair of St Michaels
church Loppington.
5112 of the remaining income is allocated for
charitable purposes for the general benefit of the
inhabitants of the parish of Loppington

Achievements and Performance
Summary of the main
achievements of the
Charity during the year.
After an inspection of the Farm property in September
2023, the report highlighted that the farmhouse roof was in
a da ngerous cond ition, it stated that tiles could fal l a nd a
Health and Safety issue for the tenant and his young family
was identified. The trustees decided that the roof would be
refurbished and a contractor found to carry out the work.
This work was undertaken and funds were transferred from
the COIF Investment Fund.
Durlng this time donation5/grants were suspended to the
church and other clubs/organisations as the cost of the
repairs did not allow this to happen.
The work was completed in the October.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the
accounts for the year ended 31. December 2024.
As the charity trustees of the trust, you are
responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the Charites Act 2011. {"the Act")
Independent examlnerfs statement
I report In respect of my examination of the trust's
accounts carried out under s145 of the Act and in
carrying out my examination, I have followed the
applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under s14515)Ibl of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that
no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect:
Accounting records were not kept in
accordance with section 130 of the Act; or
The accounts do not accord with the
accounting records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other
matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in order to
enable a proper understanding of the accounts to
be reached.
