The long-term Fmpact of the Cov?d pandemic and the associated impact on the physical and mental wellbeing of members continues and even now, many are still reticent to return. We have also stru8gled to recruit new members in volume and are, therefore, still below pre pandemic lerfeis of membership and the number of meals seNed. As a result and with the reduction in furKlin8 (see below), the Trustees took the unhappy decision to concentrate efforts at the Tr Club site. Historically, the As%)ciation received a substantial annual grnnt from the London Borough of Hlllingdon ILBHI. Unfortunately, financial pressures in the BlYh have resulted in our grant (and other grant5 to similar organisations in the borou8h) being halted. The Association did ceIve a final grant from HS21Groundworks UK of £33,036, and a number of smaller donations, for which are very grateful. The reduction of the LBH grant, and the ongoing reducti(Jn in membership aNI nal provlslon, has meant that Page 4

Thi5 was a Sad decision for all the ttee5 armj meynbefs, who were encwaged to transfer their membership to the ongoing service at the Tudor Club. Many of these members have transferred and continue to dlne there. In 2022123, The Assoclation recelved a genero £2,iKiI legacy donatim specifically to supwrt The Sunday Afternoon Tea {SATS) activit7es. As a result. much of the costs for the teas prov?ded this year have been covered by thls donation, untll exhausted. Membership is currently at circa 120 and the number of meals ser¥ed this year was circa 7,(m, way below the pre pandemlc levels of circa 2(K) and 12,500 respectively. The Tudor Clubs contlnues additional after meal club activities to members. No major capital expenditu wa5 made during the year and all physlcal a55et5 have been fully depreciated.
