Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Hascombe without distinction of sex or political, religious or other opinions. Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document The Trustees kept in mind the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit at our trustee meetings. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

Despite the Covid lockdown in 2021 we successfully hired the village hall post lockdown to numerous hirers to provide social benefit to the local community.

We replaced our main hall lights with LED lights and continue to work towards a greener policy

Cash at bank on the 31/12/21 was £8.3k. Our operational expenditure is Brief statement of the approx. £800.00 per month and therefore we have 10 months of reserves charity’s policy on reserves in addition to approx.£53,000 in unrestricted investment funds.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 12 / 2021.

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
