Including the proclamation of the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the propagation of and instructn in the doctrine and practices of the Trust Deed. SUMMARY OF MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS Al the Trustees, meeting on 26th November 2023, Mr Alan Bishop resigned as a Trustee and was Ihanked for his service and contributions to the Trust's business since his appointment in 1992. Sin¢e that meeting Mr. Roger Smrth tendered his resignation on 25th February. He was also appointed as a Trustee in 1992 and had served as Chairman of Trustees from 2004, guiding and leadin9 Ihe work of the Trust both eff8ctsvely and devotKSn. Aware ol the need to appoint at ast one new Tnjslee, invilalion5 to join the Trust were extended to Miss Hilary Millard and Mr. Philip Campbell. Subs8quenl upon the sIgnatIon of Mf. Roger Smith as Chair, Mr5. Mar]orie Musisi look on the role. There were meetsngs of the Tnjstees al whith Ihere was full scrutiny of the Trust's accounts ably overseen by the Church Book Keeper. who, with the Church TasUrer. carefully controls any expenditure over agreed budget limits. The resignation of Mr. Nick Addington as Church Pastor in May 2023 and the subsequent promotion of the Church Youth Pastor, Mr. Mark Stephenson. to Church Pastor Trsulted in reduced salary mMitrents. Financial support fof mrssKinaries In Peru and Zambrd has continued and well as support for Harrow Street Pastors. Regeneration, IHarrow Churches Schools Link Trust) as they lead R.E. 1855ons, & Assemblies and After School Clubs in local primary schools, the Harrow Food Bank 3nd also the Firm Foundatr"on Shetter for Homeless in Harrow with provision of bags of toiletries for the18dies and men attending the shelter, thus fulfilling the Tnjsl's wider principal objectNes in the Ic¢alty Together with the weekly Sunday momin9 seNice. including Communion, and evenin9 services for Christian worship and fellowship, 8 full programme of activrts oFerated throughout the year with 'Toddlers & Co, for pre- school age childTrn, a monthly 'Food and Friends. lunch club for over 60$. Seated Piles 8x@rseS for older people each week, weeknight clubs for Primary and Secondary School children. House Group meetings for Bible study, prayer & fellowship. Faith Church Ministn"es. a Tamil sP88king church fellowship met at Elmfield Church on Sunday aftemoons. Meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous were accommodated each week as a servgce to Vulnerable People. The goth Annivefsary of opening of the church in 1933 was celebrated In October. The Trustees consider that the Charity Commission reqijirernents of Public Benefit are mel through these acts'vilies and the Trustees are satisfied that the balances remain at a level at which all due commitrnenls can be met in the coming year..
