Comtnitment to Swinbri)ok Village Hall Renovation Prior to the change in objecis the irustees had agreed to allocate £50,000 towards the renovation of Swinbrook Village Hall, which wa$ an Original charitable object. The grant has been provided for in the accounts for the vear. The purpose of the improvem¢nt5 IS to rnake Ihe village ha]1 usable for the benefti of the church and village of Sivinbrook. Recruilment andoppoinlmenloflruslees The tTU5tee5 5eTving in 2025 recogni5ed the need to recruit and appoint trustees who would be able to take the Charity forward following the sale of ¢harity land foT £600,000. With this in mind four new trustees were appointed io the charity when four of the exisiing trustees resigned their Positions. The four new trustees bring to the charity extensiv¢ commeT¢ial skills in the area5 of inv¢51ment and finance, legal knowledge, property managemeni and charity accounts. In addition, on¢ of the Tetiring tru51¢e$ has provi(f¢d an extensive briefing of the hT5tory and current statu5 of the charity to the neiv irusiees.
