At the present lime, th¢ Irusl owns St Mary's Church. which continue5 in use as place of Roman Catholic worship, tlic adjoining burial ground, Ihe Parish Hall, and two houses (the Presbytery and West Lane House) lei io residential tenants. The trust income 15 used io maintain th¢ buildings owned b), lh¢ trust and lo support the religious work of the Parish of Little Crosby. The building)s are old and the pr¢5¢nl and future burden of repair and maintenan¢¢ is considerable.
