Objectives and Activities of the Charity
The cliarity is constituted by an Iiideiilur¢ dat¢d 15 De¢¢mkr 1857 made by
Nicholas Blundell, which created a Irusl lo own Si Mar) s RC Church Little Crosby
and adjoining land and buildin8. to use the same for purposes connecied wilh the
Roman Catholic religion.
At the present lime, th¢ Irusl owns St Mary's Church. which continue5 in use as
place of Roman Catholic worship, tlic adjoining burial ground, Ihe Parish Hall, and
two houses (the Presbytery and West Lane House) lei io residential tenants.
The trust income 15 used io maintain th¢ buildings owned b), lh¢ trust and lo support
the religious work of the Parish of Little Crosby. The building)s are old and the
pr¢5¢nl and future burden of repair and maintenan¢¢ is considerable.
Activity during the year
During the year the Trustees look ovcr from ihe A ￿hd10¢¢5¢ rcsponsibilily of
insuring the Church. Rev. Dunsian HarrIng￿on. Parish Priest sinc¢ 2006. died
around Christmas.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the abov¢ charity ("Ihe Trust")
for the year ended 5 April 2025.
As the charily trustees of the Trust. you are responsible for the preparation of ihe a¢¢ounts
in accordance with the requirements ofihe Charities Act 2011 ("Ihe Acc").
I report in respect of my examinaiion of ihe Trust's accounts carried out under section 145
of the 201 l Acl and in carrying out my examination. I have folloived the applicable
