Responsibilities and basis of report As the trustees of the Charity you aTe responsible for the preparation of the attounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Att 2011 I'the Act'l. You consider that an audit 15 llQt required for this year under Section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. I report in respect of my examination of the Charity's accounis carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying OLrt my ex3rnin3tion I have followe(l all the applicable Direction5 given by the Charity Commission under Section 14515llbl of the Act. The procetlures underraken do not provide all the evidence that would be iequired in an audit and consequently no opinion 15 given as to whether the accounts present a'true and fairiview, and the report 15 limited to those matters set out in the statemeni below.
