The Carnival Estate Fund, in Leigh-on-Sea provides housing for people in need over 60 years of age who have lived in the Boroughs of Southend, Rochford or Castlepoint or for people who live outside these areas, that have relatives living within 3 miles of the Carnival Estate, also for people who do not have in excess of --£6k in their savings.
Objects: To relieve elderly people resident in the Southend on Sea and surrounding areas and the elderly relatives of persons from such areas who are in need by providing subsidised accommodation calculated to relieve the needs of such persons
