| INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES | |||||||
| I report on the accounts for the Trust for theyear ended 31 March 2024, which are set | |||||||
| out onpages 1 to 5. | |||||||
| Respective responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner | |||||||
| As the charity's trusteesyou are responsible for thepreparation of the accounts; | |||||||
| you consider that the audit requirement of section 43(s)of the Charities Act 1993(the Act) | |||||||
| does not applyfor thisyear and that an independent examination is needed. | |||||||
| It is myresponsibilityto examine the accounts(underscetion 43(3)(a)of the Act), to | |||||||
| follow theproceedures laid down in the General Directionsgiven bythe Charity | |||||||
| Commissioners(under section 43(7)(b)of the Act), and to state whetherparticular | |||||||
| matters have come to myattention. | |||||||
| Basis of Independent Examiners Report | |||||||
| Myexamination was carried out in accordance with the General Directionsgiven bythe | |||||||
| CharityCommissioners. An examination includes a review of the account records kept | |||||||
| bythe charityand a comparison of the accountspresented with those records. It also | |||||||
| includes consideration of anyunusual items or disclsoures in the accounts and the | |||||||
| seekingof explanations fromyou as trustees concerninganysuch matters. The | |||||||
| procedures undertaken do notprovide all the evidence that would be required in an audit | |||||||
| and consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the viewgiven bythe accounts. | |||||||
| Independent Examiners statement | |||||||
| In connection with myexamination,no matter has come to myattention thatgives me | |||||||
| reasonable cause to believe that, in anymaterial respect, the requirements - | |||||||
| 1 | to keepaccountingrecords in accordance with section 41 of the Act: and | ||||||
| 2 | toprepare accounts which accord with the accountingrecords and to | ||||||
| complywith the accountingrequirements of the Act. | |||||||
| have not been met; or to which, in myopinion, attention should be drawn in order to | |||||||
