To provide facilities for groups or individuals to hire the building for meetings, fundraising events, social activities etc. The rents from this to provide funds for upkeep of the centre.
Objects: (A) To Provide A Community Centre Wherein Pensioners May Meet And To Provide And Maitain Grounds And Buildings For This Purpose; (B) To Provide Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisur-Time Occupation For Pensioners; (C) To Provide Funds To Subsidise Holidays And Excursions For Such Pensioners Who By Reason Of Their Reduced Circumstances Are Unable To Afford Them; (D) Generally To Alleviate Distress Among Pensionsers Who By Reason Of Financial And/or Physical Circumstances Are In Need Of Assistance.
