**Objects:** (A) TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY CENTRE WHEREIN PENSIONERS MAY MEET AND TO PROVIDE AND MAITAIN GROUNDS AND BUILDINGS FOR THIS PURPOSE; (B) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISUR-TIME OCCUPATION FOR PENSIONERS; (C) TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO SUBSIDISE HOLIDAYS AND EXCURSIONS FOR SUCH PENSIONERS WHO BY REASON OF THEIR REDUCED CIRCUMSTANCES ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD THEM; (D) GENERALLY TO ALLEVIATE DISTRESS AMONG PENSIONSERS WHO BY REASON OF FINANCIAL AND/OR PHYSICAL CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE.

**Activities:** 1.  To provide a community centre wherein-in all members of the community may meet  and to provide  and maintain the grounds and buildings for this purpose.2. To provide facilities for groups or individuals to hire the building for meetings, fundraising events, social activities etc. The rents from this to provide funds for upkeep of the centre.
