Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
This represented the final year of completion of the building of the new hall and transition to our new operations as a result. The hall continues to experience significant demand from local organisations and further afield. We experienced some disruption to operations of our most significant user of the hall, with the tenant breaking their rental agreement early, and at short notice. An alternative local organisation stepped, and a transition arrangement was agreed with them which should see a return to a more stable environment. In other aspects, the management committee continues to run the hall well, and within the objective of the hall being self sustaining over the medium term.
