The Trustees appoint a management committee which manages the Hall on behalf of the Trust. During the current year, whilst the new hall is being built the Village Hall Management Committee has also formed a New Build sub Committee to focus on the oversight of the construction of the new hall.

To hold land and village hall for the purposes of a Summary of the objects club and place of physical and mental recreation of the charity set out in for the inhabitants of Fordcombe Village parish its governing document Maintain the village hall building and let it to local village organisations and inhabitants. The Trustees have had due regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit. The Village Hall is available for all local organisations and inhabitants to hire at a modest cost. Section D Achievements and performance The key activity this year has been the the Summary of the main completion of the New Hall. The hall is now open and achievements of the being used by various village groups and a pre charity during the year school operation. Booking have been strong and the Trustees are very happy with both the new facility and the demand from users
