During the current year, whilst the new hall is being built the Village Hall Management Committee has also formed a New Build sub Committee to focus on the oversight of the construction of the new hall.** - the charity’s organisational structure and any wider network with which the charity works; - relationship with any related parties; - trustees’ consideration of major risks and the system and procedures to manage them. March **2012** **TAR** 3 **Section C Objectives and activities** **To hold land and village hall for the purposes of a Summary of the objects club and place of physical and mental recreation of the charity set out in for the inhabitants of Fordcombe Village parish its governing document Maintain the village hall building and let it to local village organisations and inhabitants. The Trustees have had due regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit. The Village Hall is available for all local organisations and inhabitants to hire at a modest cost.
