Activities
The Friends aim is to support and supplement the services offered by Island-wide NHS services, through the funding of new equipment and facilities designed to enhance the wellbeing of NHS patients and staff across the Isle of Wight. We are funded by the running of our shop, by charity boxes around the Island and by many generous donations or by being kindly remembered in a Will.
Objects: The Object Of The Friends Shall Be To Relieve And Assist Patients Of The Hospital In The Community, Meaning Of “The Community” Served By The Friends In Conjunction With St Mary’s Hospital And The Isle Of Wight NHS Trust. (The NHS Trust) And Generally To Support The Charitable Work Of The Said Hospital.
