Achievements and Performance SORP ref8rence The Vlllage Hall was closed for several months durlng 2021122 a$ a result of the Covld-19 lockdowns. The management team has been focus5ed on preparing Ihe Hall for its centenary year In 2022123. We were successful in a bid to the South Kesteven Cornmunlty Fund for cornplele redecoration of the,main hall. Further payments have been recelved from the government for Covld-19 support and some of these monies will be used for renovatlon of the wooden floors and new wlndow dresslngs. Work takes place In MaylJune 2022. Thls Is of huge beneflt to all hall users and wlll drlve up the booklngs whlch, In turn, generates more revenue for the Hall and supports its upkeepl maintenance as It reaches its centenary year. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30 / 04 / 2022 .

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
