Bllllngshurst Community & Conference Centre was establlshed in 1906 and Is registered with the Charib&s Commigslon for England & Wales under number 227480. The ntre changed, wlth approval from the Charltles Commission, Its title from Billingshurst Village H811 to the Billingshurst Centrè. The charity is govemed by the conveyance dated 1959. Decision making The management of the ntre Is undertaken by Billin9shurst Parish Councll as sole managlng Trustee. The day to day management ol the ntr& is delegated to the clerk to the counul under the direction of the Trusiee's committee wm) meet monthly and report to the council as Trustee.
