Respeclive responsibilities of trusteès and examiner The charity's Iruslees are responsible lor the preparation of the accounts. The charitls Iruslees consider that an audit is not required lor this year under sgclion 144 01 the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Acll and that an independent examination is needed. It Is my responsibility lo.. examine the accDurrts under section 145 of the 2011 Act.. lo follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl ol the 2011 Act., and lo stale whether particular matters have come lo my allenlion.
