Adelaide creatively supports female offenders with complex needs offering dynamic alternatives to custody (e.g. training, employment, domestic abuse provision, outreach initiatives & personal development). Promoting awareness of women issues, penal affairs and domestic abuse in Liverpool Diocese & Greater Merseyside.
Objects: The Charity's Objects Are To Advance Education, Relieve Poverty And To Promote Any Other Charitable Purpose Carried Out In Connexion With The Church Of England Diocese Of Liverpool And In Particular Those Relating To; (A) Promotion Of Temperance And Of Higher Standards Of Moral Life In The Individual, The Family And The Community; (B) The Restoration Of The Intemperate, The Delinquent, Those Addicted To Drugs Or Alcohol Or Gambling, Offenders And Ex-Offenders, The Homeless Or Those Otherwise In Need Of Help; (C) Relief Of Distress Of Suffering Arising From Delinquency Or Intemperance Or Addiction.
