In accordance with the terms of the Trust , the available income is to be utilised maintain and repair twelve properties (Almshouses) in Whielden Green Amersham, which continues to be used for the charitable purpose.The Trustees have complied with the duty in Section 4 of the Charities Act 2006 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission.

Objects: For The Relief Of Poverty. The Testator Requested That The Trustees Should Erect Dwellings To Be Occupied By Persons Or Families In Need Of Assistance, And That Preference Should Be Given To Persons Who Have Been Employed By G. Brazil & Company (Holdings) Limited Or Its Subsidiaries. (For Further Details See C1.9 Of The Will Proved 16th June, 1960).
