The property portfolio is managed on behalf of Bridge Estate by Strategic Property, a division of Nottingham City Council's Resources Department.
Objects: 1. Maintenance And Repair Of Trent Bridge. 2. Providing Such New Bridge Or Bridges Over The River Trent With Approaches Thereto As May Be Found Necessary Or Desirable. 3. Applying The Residue Of Income In Such Manner As The Corporation Think Best For The Improvement Of The Borough And The Public Benefit Of Its Inhabitants.
