The almshouses are available to let to infirm persons in need, aged 60 and over and being either:1) persons having a connection by residence or otherwise with South Wales and a connection with the shipping industry whether by reason of having earned their livelihood at sea or at the docks of South Wales or otherwise; or2) be the widows/widowers of those qualified as aforesaid.
Objects: Subject To The Payments As Expressed In Clauses 22, 23 And 24 The Trustees Shall Apply The Income Of The Charity For The Benefit Of The Residents In The Almshouses Of The Charity Or Any Of Them In Such Manner As The Trustees Think Fit From Time To Time.
