Trust provides housing for the elderly and less fortunate people in the area of Friskney. The Charity owns 17 almshouses, 1 rented-out property and a number of allotments. Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
To collect Annual Maintenance Contributions (AMC) and allotment rents for the upkeep of both dwellings and land.

The continued upgrading of some of our older lmshouses, specifically replacing outdated bathrooms with shower rooms that are more accessible for our elderly/disabled residents. In addition there was an ongoing programme of repairs and renovations throughout 2022. The Charity aims to provide good quality, low cost and energy efficient accommodation for those in housing need in the parish of Friskney.
